SUBSTANCE: invention aims at affecting primarily shock organ, increasing lymph circulation in it, and increasing reabsorption of high-molecular protein compounds from interstitial space of lungs. In this case, electrolytic balance is not disturbed, danger of acute decrease of arterial tension no more exists, and rheological properties of blood and lymph are improved. Such result is achieved by inserting proteolytic enzyme terrodecase in quantity 10-20 proteolytic units under swordlike appendix of thorax into tissue of overdiaphragme space. Method may be used in reanimation and intensive therapy departments in various therapeutic enterprises. EFFECT: improved therapeutic effect.
