FIELD: surgical treatment of wounds. SUBSTANCE: drainage means contains polyethylene pipe, distal part of which has microopenings and its internal space encloses corrugated polyethylene film and microirrigator. Polyethylene of pipe and film bears induced negative electric charge. Drainage means may by utilized for prophylaxis and treatment of surgical purulo- inflammatory diseases and their complications. EFFECT: prolonged drainage time owing to prevented thrombosis and widened functional possibilities of device. |
