METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF HUMINE-CONTAINING ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZER

FIELD: production of humine preparations of brown coal, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves fine grinding of brown coal till fraction less than 100 μm in size is prepared. Then ground brown coal is treated by 2-10 % of aqueous solution of KOH. Thus obtained mass is mixed with ground phosphorous-containing fertilizer, and then product being prepared by treatment of brown coal (having the same degree of grinding) with 2-10 % aqueous solution of Ca(OH)is added into thus obtained reaction mixture. The process is followed by mixing with ground lime stone and glauconite sand and with peptizing agent. Said components are mixed all together, then granulation is carried out. Thus prepared granules are allowed to stand within 1-3 h at 35-45 C for their drying. All mineral additives are recommended to grind to the same degree of grinding as brown coal, 2-5 % urea solution is recommended as said peptizing agent. Drying of granules is recommended to carry out at 85-95 C. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 7 cl
