FIELD: agricultural production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to bee- keeping. To produce wax sheet of high quality with retention of all specific features of wax in simple and inexpensive method, purified melted wax is poured into pan where temperature of melt is maintained within 90-110 C. Procedure is as follows. Drum which is cooled inside down to 20-30 C is set in initial position, antiadhesive grease 6 is applied to its cylindrical surface and smoothly by means of cams drum is lowered into wax melt. Drum is rotated and catches wax from pan and thin layer 7 of wax coats drum surface until wax sheet 8 of required thickness is produced. Then drum rotation is stopped and it is smoothly by means of cams is lifted from pan, wax sheet 8 is cut along drum axis and wax sheet is removed from it. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
