FIELD: polymer plastics production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of caprolactam-based parts manufactured through gravity or centrifugal molding and may find use in mechanical engineering and other areas for fabricating bushings, insertions, rollers, and friction unit parts. Invention consists in supplementing crystalline caprolactam with additive-containing filler having particle size 0.01-500 mcm when observing the following composition of monomer material: 50-99 wt % crystalline caprolactam, 1-50 wt % serpentinite, and 0.01-5 wt % alloying additives. EFFECT: increased service life and corrosion immunity. |
