DEVICE FOR CONNECTING SENSORS AND REDISTRIBUTING FLOWS IN DIAGNOSING HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

FIELD: diagnosis of high-pressure positive-displacement hydraulic drives by means of hydraulic testers. SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of three-way spool valve. Ends of cock rest against floating blanks whose motion is limited by spring rings. Lower floating blank has cylindrical chamber with bolt fitted in bottom portion; bolt is provided with vent hole. Lower circular seal of spool valve pair is located in housing of spool valve device and upper seal is located in body of spool valve. Diameter of spool valve ranges from 45 to 80 mm; difference between diameters of holes in housing of spool valve device and spool valve ranges from 4 to 10 mk. Device is connected to hydraulic line under test branch pipe. Te following operations may be performed depending on angular position of spool valve: normal functioning of hydraulic system and performing measurements on one line or simultaneously on both lines. EFFECT: avoidance of leaks and contamination of hydraulic fluid in diagnosing hydraulic system. 2 dwg
