Disperser is selected from salts of alkali metal or ammonium of organic sulfonates having following properties: (A) sulphur content at least 10%; (B) solubility in water at temperature of 20 C at least 15 mass %; (C) reduction of water surface tension at content of 1 mass % not over 10 %. EFFECT: high efficiency.
