Invention relates to also isolation, cloning and use of nucleic acids from the promoter sites of genes encoding the transforming growth factor β that contain new regulatory members designs as "members responding to raloxifen". Invention relates to also eucaryiotic cells containing these members associated with gene-reporters by so manner that these members modulate transcription of these gene-reporters. Invention provides methods of identification of agents for osteoporosis control that induce transcription of genes associated with the indicated members without any hazard or unfavorable by-side effects. EFFECT: improved method of screening, induction and treatment.
