FIELD: radio navigation, radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device determining time positions of symmetric videopulses relates to radio navigation and can be used in meters of radio engineering systems of short-range navigation. Device is meant for increased accuracy of registration of center of symmetric videopulse of type of envelope of signal of short-range navigation system of characteristic two-lobe shape. Center of symmetric videopulses is determined by method of double differentiation. EFFECT: increased accuracy of registration of center of symmetric videopulses.
