FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: deasphalting process is carried out in tower-type reactor equipped with contact appliances and heater located in top part of extractor. Oil residue is preliminarily mixed with solvent with simultaneously cooling mixture and is loaded into extractor supply zone. From the mixture, deasphalted oil solution phase and phase of asphaltene-containing disperse system with solvent are separated, the two phases moving, respectively, in upward and downward directions. In the top part of extractor, deasphalted oil solution, upon heating, releases recycle descending in countercurrent direction to ascending flow of deasphalted oil solution. Below the point where raw mixture is loaded, phase boundary is established between asphaltene- containing disperse system with solvent and deasphalted oil solution. Extractor supply zone is disposed between the phase boundary and contact appliances. In the stage of mixing oil residue with solvent, mixture is cooled 0.1-5 C below the temperature of the lower settling zone. Deasphalted oil solution is withdrawn from upper settling zone of extractor, and asphaltene-containing disperse system with solvent from the lower. Upon removal of solvent, deasphalted oil and asphalt are produced. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. |
