PURPOSE:In the thermal sleeve material in the pressure container operated in a hydrogen atmosphere having a high temperature and pressure, the welding part is not accorded with the discontinuous part due to the structure, and the welding structure is offered which does not generate cracks even if the welding part is deteriorated by hydrogen embrittlement.
