The grid has a plate or base (1) which is thin and a grid or filter (2) attached by short lugs (3). The plate or base (1) is made of galvanised or stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, copper or other suitable materials and is attached to the cover. The grid or filter is made of a perforated metal sheet or from wires and is installed from above and from the sides. The sides of the filters (4) behave like springs and are lodged between the lugs. The sides of the grid are sloped (7) so that they can be easily transported and stored before use.
