<p>A method of repairing/reinforcing existing structures such as buildings, in particular, concrete structures, which can be effected in a low-temperature environment and can exhibit excellent repairing/reinforcing effects in a short time. This method comprises the use of a fiber-reinforced resin layer prepared by impregnating a sheet made from reinforcing fibers with a resin and curing the resin, and the resin comprises a reactive mixture mainly composed of a vinylic monomer having a gelation time of 15 minutes or more at 25 °C and capable of being polymerized even at 5 °C and cured within six hours and a reactive vinylic oligomer and/or a thermoplastic polymer.</p> |
