The scooter, which may have two or three wheels, comprises a vehicle chassis frame formed by a front tube (2) with a front frame (3) placed under it which is curved pass horizontally towards the rear of the vehicle bodywork. The front frame is formed from a single tube and a rear chassis pair (4) passes horizontally on the right and left of the bodywork from the front frame towards rear. A seat (13) is placed above the rear chassis and in front of projecting parts (4a) formed at the chassis rear. A luggage compartment (30) is placed under the seat. Accessories such as a fuel tank and a lock are placed between the compartment and the projecting parts and covered by a panel (20b) and the seat rear part (20).
