Ethers of 1-benzyl-3-hydroxymethylindazole with aliphatic 2-hydroxy acids with a general formula (I), where R and R1 can be the same or they can be different and represent hydrogen or C1-C5 alkyl and R3 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl and salts and salts of these compounds with bases acceptable form pharmaceutical point of view, in the case that R3 is hydrogen. These substances have analgesic effects, while a part of this invention also are the pharmaceutical facilities containing these substances and an application of these substances as the analgesic facilities. The preparation procedure is provided based on the intermediate product with a general formula (II) which also is a part of this solution, the symbol W is a hydroxyl group, the group called OMe, where Me is the alkali metal or the group being able splitting off, it is halogen and/or the rest called Z-SO2-O-, where Z is methyl, phenyl or p-methyl-phenyl.
