The composition used for transdermal application contains gestoden and it can be combined with one estrogene at least. It is allowed to be applied in all of the indication common, when talking about gastrodene application, e.g. for healing of endometriosis, for healing of tumours depending of gestagenes a for healing of pre-menstruation syndrome, it also can be applied for healing of climateric problems, when combining it with estrogenes, in order to prevent osteoporosisis, and for regulation and stabilisation of the cycle too.
