This patent describes a stable water pharmaceutical composition which can be applied parenterally, the solution which can be injected especially, and this solution contains bis-indole alkaloid, the zinc complex of bis-indole alkaloid, vincristine, vinblastine or 5'-nor-dihydro-vinblastine, together with gluconate of the bivalent metal and conservation agent dissolved in one- or di- hydric alcohol. This composition is prepared by dissolving bis-indole alkaloid salt in water, mixturing with zinc sulfate water solution, then follows a treatment by water solution of gluconate of bivalent metal and addition of conservation agent dissolved in mono- or multi-hydric alcohol. This compositon is stable and it is suitable for cancer therapy
