Disclosed are: novel amino acid derivatives of formula (I) R<1>-R<11>-A<1>-A<2>-NR<2>R<3> and their pharmacologically tolerable salts, formula (I) in which R<1>, A<1>, A<2>, R<2>, R<3>, and R<11> have the meanings indicated in the description; and their production and use. The novel compounds are valuable neurokinin (tachykinin) antagonists.
