The system has structurally integrated storage and output facilities, which are under the control of a control mechanism connected with input facilities (5,7,8,13). The input and/or output facilities (5,7,8,10,13) are designed wholly or partly with interfaces (5,10) for audio signals. The input facility or facilities are realised with a microphone (5). The input facility or facilities are realized partly with at least one binary switch (7,8,13). The storage facilities are digitally realised as a binary storage (11), and are coupled with the input facility or facilities across one or more analogue-digital converters.
