The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for producing cooling power for one or more buildings and for distributing the power to the buildings by means of liquid circulating in a pipe system, the cooling power being produced by an absorption aggregate (5, 8, 9, 10) or some other aggregate that produces heat to be condensed, and the cooling power being transferred to the supply air of the buildings by an air-conditioning unit or the like. To lower the investment costs, at least part of the return water coming from the air-conditioning unit or the like is arranged to be conducted to the absorption aggregate (5, 8, 9, 10) or some other aggregate that produces heat to be condensed, where it absorbs the condensation heat generated in the aggregate. |
