Said operating head (4) is provided with dragging means (6) co-operating with said power unit (3) and suitable for carrying out the continuous advancement of said filiform elements (10, 15) inserted between said dragging means (6) and guide means (43, 44) placed before and after said dragging means and suitable for ensuring the alignment of said filiform elements during the dragging.</p> |
