Pigment concentrate and its use

A pigment concentrate comprises (a) 40-60 % of an electrically conductive metal oxide pigment with a specific powder resistance of 0.3-106 ohm.m and a particle size of 10 nm to 50 micrometres; (b) 2-4.9 % of an anionic polyacrylate terpolymer consisting of (i) 35-45 % of an alkyl (meth)acrylate with 1-3 C in the alkyl gp., (ii) 35-45 % of an alkyl (meth)acrylate with 4-12 C in the alkyl gp. and (iii) 10-30 % acrylic or methacrylic acid; (c) 0.1-4.9 % of an amine to give a pH of 7.0-10.0; (d) 0.1-0.9 % of a nonionic surface active adduct of ethylene oxide with an alkylphenol, an alcohol or a carboxylic acid: (e) 0-2.0 % of a thickener chosen from polyacrylates, polyurethanes and cellulose derivs.; (f) 0-6.0 % of a glycol deriv.; and (g) 21.3-57.8 % water.
