Apparatus is composed of a centrifugal and currioric force generating apparatus and a separating apparatus of liquid-vapor. The centrifugal and currioric force generating apparatus(2) is to ionizing gas molecular by spritting supplied liquid in swirling gas current and arranged with an air force transfer pipe(13) in which liquid is transferred by air force, an screw guide(14) and a liquid injection nozzle(19) in which compressed and transferred air is induced to the swirling gas current in spiral form. The centrifugal and currioric force are acted on air drops dispersed in gas stream simultaneously and the liquid injection nozzle in which liquid is injected to the swirling gas stream formed in the air force transfer pipe. The separating apparatus(4) of liquid-vapor is to separate water drops from ionized air which is discharged to the outside.
