An RISC structure includes a core block having a register file for storing data, a plurality of first storages for reading data required for operation from the register file and holding it for a predetermined period of time, a plurality of execution means for extracting the data and performing different operations, an output controller for controlling the output of the operation result, and a second storage for holding the operation result for a predetermined period of time and storing it in the register file. An input/output ports are provided at the boundary of the core block. The input/output ports respectively connected to an input data path transmitting data required for operations and an output data path transmitting the operation result.
