The module housing (20) has a number of externally accessible terminals (1-18). A metal support body (25) has two assembly faces (23,24) which are of separated potentials. The first metal face (23) has at least one integral terminals (1-3, 17,18). On it is fitted a chip (21) of a semiconductor with clamps (30,31), with its electrically conductive reference potential face. The second assembly face (24) supports a chip (22) of an energising circuit with clamps (40-47). Then clamps of both chips are coupled to the module terminals by electric connections (50). Pref. the two assembly faces are in two parts. The terminals, protruding from the housing, are L-shaped with their ends pointing in the same direction, othogonal to the modulae main surface. USE/ADVANTAGE - For switching networks, with simple mfr. and easy energising.
