<p>A fluid clutch system wherein a piston is hydraulically moved so as to come into frictional engagement with a surface opposing to the piston, comprising assistant pressure force generation device (26a and 40 in Fig. 2) for generating a pressure force which assists the frictional engagement force of the piston, whereby the transmission torque capacity of the fluid clutch system is enlarged without enlarging the size of the clutch. <IMAGE></p> |
