PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly retrieve necessary information and to protect information from others or other groups by managing a message in each individual or in each group. SOLUTION: When a call is terminated at a terminal, an ISDN line interface part 2 transfers a call setting message to a sub-address detecting/comparing part 3, which extracts information included in the call setting message and detects/compares a sub-address. The detecting/comparing part 3 sends a sending request to a system control part 6 in order to send a response message stored in the compared/coincident address and the control part 6 sends the response message stored in the corresponding address of a response message storing part 4 through the interface part 2. Then the control part 6 outputs a recording area releasing request to the corresponding address in an event message storing part 5 to record an event message in the address. |
