PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically complete at a proper timing the coagulation of the body tissue by means of microwave irradiation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a sensor 15 which detects at least either the reflected wave or the progressive wave of the microwave output in the device 1, and a completion judging means which monitors at least either the level or the waveform of the detected wave by the sensor 15 for the microwave output in the device 1 and which judges the completion of the coagulation of the body tissue and, on the basis of this judgment, the microwave output in the device 1 is stopped by an output stopping means. |
