PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the production of color filters hardly formed with differences in level, clearances, etc., in the boundary parts between colored layers formed in pixel parts and light shielding layers disposed in the inter-pixel parts by an electrophotographic system and a liquid developer, etc., for the same. SOLUTION: The colored layers 6 and 8 by respective colors are formed in the pixel parts on the transparent photoconductor layer 4 of the substrate of an electrophotographic photreceptor by the electrophotographic system using the liquid developer formed by compounding the inside of toner particles with UV absorbents. A UV curing type resin dispersed with black coloring agents is thereafter applied on the transparent photoconductor layer formed with colored layers 6 to 8. In addition, the UV curing type resins existing in the positions corresponding to the spacing parts between the respective colored layers are cured by irradiating these resins uniformly with the UV rays from the transparent base 2 side. The uncured UV curing type resins remaining on the respective colored layers 6 and 8 are than removed and the light shielding layers 5 are formed in the spacing parts (inter-pixel parts) between the pixels and pixels of the transport photoconductor layer 4. |
