PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially output the words co-occurrent with each other as the conversion results even when the words are divided in every clause by changing the output order of conversion candidates so as to have preference to the conversion candidate that is co-occurrent with the front word of the input read information based on the co-occurrence information acquired from the undecided preceding word in a KANJI (Chinese character) conversion mode. SOLUTION: A co-occurrence information acquisition processing part 13b acquires the co-occurrence information related to the front word if an undecided word is already outputted as a conversion result before output of the corresponding input read information when plural conversion candidates (homophones) acquired by the KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI conversion processing of a KANA/KANJI conversion processing part 13a are outputted. An output order decision processing part 13c decides an output order of conversion candidates of the input read information so as to have preference to the conversion candidate that is co-occurrent with the front word of the corresponding input read information based on the co-occurrence information acquired at the part 13b.
