PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a work at a prescribed position of a polishing machine even when the shape of the work changes. SOLUTION: A work 1 to be polished is supported by a reference side jig 21 and a clamp side jig 22, but these reference side jig 21 and clamp side jig 22 are respectively supported turnably by support shafts 28, 29 on a central line 27 and have tow each of L shaped brackets 25, 25', 26, 26' symmetrically arranged against the central line 27. Each of the brackets 25, 25', 26, 26' has movable supporting points 25a, 25b, 25a', 25b', 26a, 26b, 26a', 26b' to turn around the support shafts 28, 29 as their center in the neighborhood of both ends, and the work 1 is fixed after it is guided at a prescribed position of a polishing machine at the eight movable supporting points in total. |
