PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit which is superior in generality and facilitates detection in a fault and maintenance works. SOLUTION: A control unit is composed of a gas controller 29 for a gas burner, a power supply circuit 22, an operation panel 21 having a volume 28 provided with a heating power adjustment switch for the gas burner and a volume 27 provided with a rotary speed adjustment switch for a mixer drive motor 20, and an inverter 37 for a power supply circuit 22. A section between an output terminal of the power supply circuit 22 and an input terminal of the inverter 37 is detachably connected by a first connector 38, and a section between an output terminal of the volume 27 with the rotary speed adjustment switch and an input terminal of the inverter 37, and a section between an output terminal of the volume 28 with the heating power adjustment switch and an input terminal of the gas controller 29 are detachably connected to a second connector, respectively. |
