PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct exposure in accordance with the use circumstances of an electronic photoreceptor with simple constitution by setting information stored in a non-volatile storage means as characteristic information concerning the photoreceptor and setting the stored information as the use amount information on the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The use amount information X and initial sensitivity information Y on the photoreceptor drum are stored in the storage means 60 provided in a cartridge 100. The information X is read out by a read/write means 20 provided in an image forming device main body 120 and transmitted to a counting means 21. The counting means 21 calculates the use amount of the photoreceptor based on an operation signal transmitted from a CPU 23, and integrates the values of the used amount, whereby the value stored in the storage means 60 is rewritten to the integrated value. The information Y is read out by the read/write means 20 provided in the main body 120 and transmitted to the CPU 23. The CPU 23 corrects the light quantity to the appropriate value in accordance with the information in a memory 22 and transmits the value to a light quantity control means 24. |
