SOLUTION: In order to electrostatically transfer a substance 4 from a substance transfer roll 1 to a plate mold cylinder 2 and subsequently from the plate mold cylinder 2 to a medium 7 by pressing the medium 7 to the plate mold cylinder 2 by an impression cylinder 3, the plate mold cylinder 2 is locally charged in the vicinity of a region where the substance 4 is transferred from the substance transfer roll 1 to the plate mold cylinder 2. |
