PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open, close, lock the kitchen door in a stabilized posture on a landing. SOLUTION: A pair of arms 20 are mounted to a concrete footing 10 bearing a building providing the kitchen door 6 thereto so as to extended in a horizontal state, and an upper stage section 31 framed in the shape of a rectangle of a joist frame 30 is borne on the arms 20 in a horizontal state. A pace section 40 formed of a pair of floor boards 41 are borne on the upper stage section 31 of the joist frame 30. A landing 40 is in a state to extend sideways from the side of an open side of the kitchen door 61 over 400mm. A lower stage section 32 of the joist frame 30 borne on the concrete footing 10 is provided sideways of the direction of the extension downward from the landing 40, and a step section 50 is provided to the lower stage section 32 at the specific height in a horizontal state. |
