<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and an apparatus in which an influence by various noises is excluded and whose reliability and accuracy are enhanced further. SOLUTION: Object-position information in an unmanned state is detected by an object-position detection means 11, and a region in which a human body 12 can exist is specified on the basis of the object-position information in the unmanned state. After that, when object-position information which is detected in the measurement of a human body 12 is compared with the object-position information in the unmannded state, the image of the human body 12 and images of noises 31, 32 are obtained. In addition, while the specified region in which the human body can exist is used as an object, the human body 12 is judged to be a human body, and the noises 31, 32 are judged to be noises.</p> |
