<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vessel to properly protect food by single machining work by coating an outside surface with a particle-shaped mineral, coating an inside surface with a dried aqueous emulsion, providing a moisture-proof barrier characteristic, imparting heat seal performance to a cover, and also imparting flexibility. SOLUTION: A cover 14, a bottom part panel 6, a side wall 8 or the like are arranged in a tray 4, and an outside surface of this paperboard base board 2 is coated by calendering a particle-shaped mineral, and a barrier characteristic is imparted to an inside surface by a coating 18 of a dried aqueous emulsion. When the dried aqueous emulsion is exposed for two hours to 65 deg.C solvent N-heptane as pseudo-food, a chloroform soluble extract is set not more than 0.5mg/2.5cm on a contact surface. The coating has flexibility endurable to crossing directional bending using a male ruler of 0.00254cm (2 points) and a channel of 0.157cm, and can maintain the crack length ratio not more than 0.1.</p> |
