The invention concerns a method and a mould (1) for attaching an element (5) in a hollow body made of a thermoplastic material, more specifically a tank or container, that is manufactured in a multi-part mould (1) using the generally familiar technique of rotation moulds. The thermoplastic material is melted in the mould (1) or introduced into the mould (1) in molten form and distributed around its inner wall (2) and then allowed to harden against this inner wall (2). The hollow object thus made from thermoplastic can then be removed from the mould (2). The element (5) is fixed in place in the mould (1) in the position that it needs to occupy within the hollow object before this latter is manufactured, in such a way that the element (5) and the hollow object made in the mould (1) form a single piece.<IMAGE> |
