PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively install an outdoor unit in various window frame by providing a first support member having a coupling part directed to an indoor side, and a second support member having a mount fixed to the side of the indoor side of the window frame with the second coupling part so coupled as to make it possible to regulate the horizontal position to the coupling part. SOLUTION: When an outdoor unit 11 is installed out of a window, the horizontal position directed to the indoor side of a contact support member 30 is so regulated as to suitably set a distance between the back surface 12c of the casing 12 and the outer wall 5, and clamped with a nut 32. Then, coupling parts 21, 22 are slid to each other in response to the thickness of a window frame 24, and coupled fixedly by a bolt 34. Thereafter, support members 17, 18 are directed to this side, a grip 38 is grasped, the unit 11 is raised, carried out of the window, and so steadily lowered and installed as to dispose the frame 24 between mounts 19 and 23. Subsequently, a tapping screw 29 is inserted into the threaded vent hole of the mount 23, and clamped fixedly at the side of the frame 24 at the indoor side. |
