摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the hydraulic control of a motor-driven vehicle, by making the sum of the mechanical and regenerative braking torque values generated by its mechanical and regenerative braking means equal to a total braking torque value which has been generated once by its mechanical braking means. SOLUTION: When a brake pedal 106 is stepped down by a foot, a total braking torque responding to the foot-power of the brake pedal 106 is generated once by front and rear braking wheel cylinders 110a, 110b and 111a, 111b as mechanical braking means. Thereafter, the mechanical braking by the mechanical braking means and a regenerative braking by regenerative braking means associated with a motor 102 of a motor-driven vehicle are so used jointly that the sum of the mechanical and regenerative braking torque values thereof is made equal to the total braking torque value which has been generated once by the mechanical braking means. Thereby, the hydraulic control of the motor- driven vehicle can be simplified, making the minimization of the mechanical braking torque possible.
