PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce quantization noise, to perform a band extension for the signal for which a band limitation is performed and to practically recover an original signal by performing an oversampling for the original signal by the space of the spatial frequency which is determined by a ring theorem or more and performing a digital conversion. SOLUTION: In the case of the sampling of an original signal by the frequency of a sampling theorem, when the signal for which the sampling is performed by this frequency are assigned to the remaining coordinate for performing a digital conversion for the signal and performing the 10 times extension for the signal, the signal as the non-sample value has a larger quantization error as compared with the original signal. When the sampling is performed for the original signal by the frequency which is the ten times as many as the frequency of the sampling theorem and the signal for which the sampling is performed is digitally converted, the quantization error is reduced. Thus, quantization noise can be effectively reduced by performing an oversampling for the original signal by the space of the spatial frequency which is determined by the sampling theorem or more and performing a digital conversion.
|
