<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make bentonite usable without previous swelling, to obtain good strength characteristics and to greatly improve workability by mixing a liquid A prepd. by mixing a hardening material compounded with cement, fly ashes and bentonite with a soln. mixture composed of a retarder and water and a liquid B consisting of sodium silicate. SOLUTION: The cement is not particularly limited. The fly ashes are preferably classified fly ashes of <=1% residue of 44μm sieve. The compounding ratio of the cement and the fly ashes is preferably 5:5 to 2:8 by weight. The swelling power of the bentonite is preferably >=20ml/2g. For example, a sodium type of high purity is preferable. The amt. to be added is preferably specified to 20 to 100wt.% of the total weight of the cement and fly ashes. The retarder (e.g.: gluconic acid-based) is added at 0.1 to 3.0wt.% to the hardening material. The water is added at 60 to 400wt.% of the hardening material. The volumetric ratio of the liquid A and the liquid B is preferably specified to 98:2 to 70:30.</p> |
