PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fluorescent-colored layer so clear that characters under the layer can be read adequately by restricting the mixing percentage of a fluorescent coloring agent in the layer to be transferred in a pressure sensitive transfer type fluorescent tape used as a means for emphasizing and impressing a specified part of a printed matter or a written matter. SOLUTION: In a pressure sensitive transfer type fluorescent tape in which a fluorescent colored layer formed between a tape-shaped backing and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer is transferred to a receiving article with the pressure sensitive adhesive layer by pressure from the back of the backing, the thickness of the fluorescent colored layer is 5-30μm, and the content of a fluorescent coloring agent in the layer is 1-40wt.%.
