The machine consists of a raised base 1 which supports: a pump for pressing the oil 3 with its tank 5, a central distribution tube 11 with four valves 12, a crankshaft 13 with four connecting rods 15, four hydraulic bottles with pistons 7 which end in four filters 8 with pistons, a worm screw feed 9, a manometer 24 and three electric motors, 4, 14, 10, which drive, respectively, the pump 3, the crankshaft 13 and the worm 9. Below the base 1 there is a double walled 17 mobile tank 16 which has two electrical resistors 18, a thermometer 19, a thermostat 20 and a filter pump 21. This assembly brings about: rapid and hygienic removal of virgin olive oil from the fruit of the olive in a novel and ecological manner as it requires the minimum electrical energy, a minimal quantity of water, does not cause noise pollution and the waste can be used directly as animal feed and raw material for the production of building materials and detergents. It can be made in various sizes and handling it is very simple. |
