IMAGE SENSING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the image sensing system to correspond to auxiliary light without increasing the number of data to be dumped by arranging two photoelectric conversion element trains having respectively different characteristics on an optical axis. SOLUTION: A focus detector includes an AF sensor 17 provided with seven photoelectric conversion element trains 16a to 16g. Three element trains 16a to 16c out seven are arranged on horizontal positions including an optical axis 10. The other four element trains 16d to 16d are orientated about at 90 deg. from the element trains 16a to 16c. The element trains 16a to 16c and the element trains 16d to 16g are switched in accordance with a sensing condition.
