PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the intrusion of albumen into an evacuation line caused by the breakage of an egg during the use of an egg opening apparatus and prevent the lowering and failure of the evacuation function by placing a vacuum chamber at the connecting part of a suction disk and an evacuation line, dividing the vacuum chamber with a flexible member into two and using the flexible member for inhibiting the intrusion of the albumen. SOLUTION: This egg opening apparatus is provided with a pair of suction disks 1, 1 holding an egg (a) in the cutting of the egg shell by sucking the egg from the right and the left by a vacuum pressure, a vacuum chamber 2 placed at the connecting part of the suction disk 1 and the suction pipe 3 of the evacuation line and a flexible member to divide the vacuum chamber 2 into a primary vacuum chamber 2a directly connected to the suction pipe 3 and a secondary vacuum chamber 2b directly connected to the suction disk 1. |
