<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the acceleration of the damage and abrasion of a piston, a cylinder hole, and a seal and the like such as an angular seal and a dust boot by fine vibration from a frictional pad. SOLUTION: A piston 11 is divided in two pieces of a bottomed cylindrical piston main body 17 stored in a cylinder hole 9 by directing an opening toward a disk rotor side, and a piston head 18 in which a pad pressing/pushing surface 18a is equipped on a friction pad side and a piston main body side is cylindrically opened. A platelike retainer 19 is interposed between the piston head 18 and the piston main body 17. A plurality of elastic locking pieces 19a projected toward the piston main body 17 and the piston head 18, are arranged to the retainer 19, and engagingly mounted on the inner circumferential surfaces of the openings of the piston main body 17 and the opening of the piston head 18, so that the piston main body 17 and the piston head 18 are connected to each other.</p> |
