<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation in a narrow space, to efficiently reverse a drum, and to simplify the constitution. SOLUTION: A reversing device is provided with a reversing mechanism 6 provided with rails 2a, 2b having rolling contact surfaces 2a-1, 2b-1 in which a base end side in the longitudinal direction is located on a coiler 4 side, the base end side is in the horizontal condition in the width direction as the tip side is inclined downward, and the base end side is inclined to the left as closer to the tip side, and a shock absorber 3 arranged on a tip side of the reversing mechanism 6.</p> |
