PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging material and a package of a foamed product excellent in cushioning ability and insulation in light and heat. SOLUTION: A packaging material 10 comprises a cushioning material 20 wherein a polyolefin film 23 having numerous independent swollen parts 22 is adhered to a face of a polyolefin film 21 with air 24 sealed in the swollen parts 22, and a light-shielding material 30 selected from a group of a polyolefin film containing a white pigment or metal powder, paper and a metallic foil, wherein the material 30 is adhered to a flat face of the cushioning member 20. The packaging material 10 comprises the polyolefin film having numerous independent swollen parts adhered to a face of the polyolefin film with air sealed in the swollen parts, while one of the polyolefin films contains a white pigment or metal powder having light-shielding ability. Either of the mentioned packaging materials is covered from an upper face of a foamed product to an upper part of a side, and an entire body is wrapped by a transparent polyolefin film from over to obtain a package. |
