<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a recording signal in a shorter time than its recorded time by providing a talking speed conversion circuit for converting a regenerative signal reproduced at a 2nd speed higher than a 1st speed into a large signal pitch and a driving means for moving a 2nd sound recording medium at a lower speed than the 2nd speed. SOLUTION: When a recorded signal of a recording tape 1 is to be dubbed to a recording tape 5, the recording tape 1 is moved, for instance, at a speed double as much as a specific moving speed. On the other hand, the recording tape 5 is moved at the specific moving speed. The recorded signal of the recording tape 1 moving at double the speed is reproduced at double the speed by a reproducing head RH1 . Then, this regenerative signal is inputted to the talking speed conversion circuit 3 to be converted into a regenerative signal with a signal pitch enlarged, and this regenerative signal is given to a recording head WH. Then, the regenerative signal is recorded from the recording tape 1 to the recording tape 5 used for dubbing by the recording head WH at the specific moving speed.</p> |
